How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service within 5 business days if you would like to return or exchange an item.
Please review the measurements for the garments you are ordering. Sizing does vary by manufacturer. For each product there is a product description tab and a product sizing tab. Some of these manufacturers are using period patterns where the sizing is significantly different than what you might wear everyday. If you accidently order the wrong size, the best way is to contact us via email. If you catch us before we ship out the items, we can usually pack the correct size for you. If you do order the wrong size, then you are responsible for all shipping charges.

We want you to be completely happy with your clothing. If you are disappointed in an item or it doesn't fit, you may return it for a refund or an exchange. We will refund the full price of the product(s). Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL 30 DAYS AFTER SHIPMENT DATE.

IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
We inspect all our products before they are shipped; all packages are insured with the shipping company. If an item is damaged during shipment, keep the box and all packaging materials. Please contact us within 5 days and we will provide the documentation to file a claim with the shipping company.
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGING AN ITEM OR GETTING A REFUND:
Any returned clothing must be in new and saleable condition. We will only accept clothing if it has not been worn or washed. Cigarette smoke damage, strong perfumes, any wear or tear, or other damage will result in the item being ineligible for a refund or exchange. Please pack it in a sturdy box for shipping. We suggest using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground and obtaining a tracking number. Include a copy of your receipt in the box so we can match the returned items to the correct customer and order.
