| Do I have to pay sales tax? |

You only have to pay sales tax if your shipping address is located in Michigan, which is the same state as our facility. Michigan sales tax is charged 6% on the total merchandise amount and shipping. Yes I know - Michigan charges sales tax on internet shipping charges - ugh!!!!! |

| When will my credit appear on my account? |

We normally process credits for returned items within 2-3 business days of receiving the items. It usually takes an additional 1-2 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statements. |
| When will my credit card be charged? |

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s). If an item is on backorder, we will not charge you until the item actually ships. |
