The fitted Victorian velvet jacket is regally trimmed in lace, braid, corded taffeta and ruffled point d’esprit. It is paired with an elegant three-gored skirt. The skirt has an elastic waist. You may want to wear a crinoline to give the skirt fullness. (Crinolines are priced separately.) Available in sizes XS to 4XL (plus sizes).
