The taffeta skirt has rows and rows of flounces from the waist all the way to the floor. It is hemmed with lace. This skirt would have been worn as a petticoat during the Victorian era. It is pretty enough to be worn as a skirt with the top of your choice! Available in sizes S/M to 2X/3X (plus sizes).
