It is inspired by the dresses of the Edwardian period (Early 1900's).  The double flounced skirt is trimmed in alternating rows of lace and satin ribbon. An intricate separate lace capelet accented with a small rose, beads and ribbon is the finishing touch. (Note:  Petticoat and Hat not included in price.)
