Our line of handcrafted brooches are created from tool and die stampings of the Victorian, Art Nouveau, and Art Deco design periods (primarily 1890's through 1920). The art of cameo carving dates back to the Roman period and was revived during the Italian Renaissancein the 1500's. It was also popular during the reign of Queen Victoria and the early 1900's.
